Crystal Fires Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Crystal Fires
Customers Fault Description : 9v battery connector broken; unsure if any/all buttons are functioning due to this!
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This fire controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available).
The battery cable was replaced and also all 4 of the buttons which restored full functionality.
