Customers Fault Description : Head raising Button missing
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This bed controller arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a button missing. A search was carried out for a replacement but the original button arrays are not available anymore.
A suitable button was found, this is slightly taller than the original and is blue in color, the customer was contacted to ask if it was ok and was confirmed to carry out the repair as long as the functionality is returned.
The button was fitted and full functionality was restored. (See testing video)
