Customer's Fault Description
Battery terminals faulty,broken and something loose in side unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This caravan motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection there were marking around the seam remnant of an attempted opening prior to arrival.
A couple of the battery terminals were badly damaged but even when bypass the remote still remained dead.
When opened the mounting pons of the main PCB were found to be broken causing the PCB to move around and essentially making the on off switch useless.
The PCB was glued back into place and the bad terminals replaced which restored full functionality.
