Customers Fault Description : Just stoped working, and blank screen

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
When opened there was a large amount of contamination over much of the PCB including under the display over most of the main IC. Sadly due to the amount of corrosion a repair is not possible.
