Customer's Fault Description
Attempted to replace the batteries as it had low battery. After replacing it will not turn back on. There have been no previous faults with it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead, this was due to a damaged battery terminal (see image).
The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality. Please note to take care when fitting batteries or the terminals can be damaged again.
