Gutmann Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Gutmann
Customers Fault Description : Not working at all. Have tried changing batteries. System is working manually, so problem is with the remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This ceiling extractor fan controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
On opening the Oscillator was found to be shattered (see image)
A replacement oscillator was fitted which restored full functionality.
A set of Duracell cr2032 batteries have been supplied fitted on return.
