Dimplex Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Dimplex
Customers Fault Description : The remote will switch on the fire and shows a red LED light when doing this. Nothing happens when you try to switch off the fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Dimplex Optimyst Silverton SVT20 remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty button (right side button)
This was found to be the button itself. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery has been included fitted on return.
