Customer's Fault Description
The remote will switch on the fire and shows a red LED light when doing this. Nothing happens when you try to switch off the fire
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Dimplex Optimyst Silverton SVT20 remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a faulty button (right side button)
This was found to be the button itself. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
A Duracell battery has been included fitted on return.
