Customer's Fault Description
Remote constantly beeped until batteries were taken out, we replaced the batteries but now the remote does not work at all .
The light flashes for several seconds then stops

This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to turn on.
This was found to be due to corrosion spots in the print from water contamination, this was reworked which restored full functionality.
