HSL Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : HSL
Customers Fault Description : HSL chair remote control fau;ty. Only some buttons work. Those that dont include the elevating function and the leg rest function. In simple terms; the bottons controlling the chair do not work but the buttons controlling the back recline of the chair do.
It must be noted that they sometimes work but very few and far between. If you press very hard there is sometimes a connection made but was getting progressively worse.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was missing its stick on facia, this cannot be replaced as they are not available as spares and does not effect functionality.
The button contacts were found to be worn, replacement conductive pads were glued into place.
