Customer's Fault Description
The remote works to shut the gas valve but does not open the valve. the fault is intermitant and a sharp tap makes it work.
I think the fault is with the ctystal.
The remote and receiver arrived safely and was found to be intermittent in functionality.
The crsytal Oscillator (40k) was replaced and solder joints were reworked and full functionality was restored (See )
