Customers Fault Description : missing battery adapter and intermitent , difficult to operate all buttons
This Verine fireplace remote arrived and was found t obe dead, initial inspection showed why, the battery terminal was missing as stated by the customer, this was replaced and the remote re-tested.
The buttons were "sluggish" which was fixed by replacing all four buttons
Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
