Bush Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Bush
Customers Fault Description : not working at all changed batteries no luck it sounds like something loose inside
This bush remote arrived safely and on first inspection it was noticed the battery cover was not fitted to the remote in the package, the reason for this was that the cover does no longer clip into position (this cannot be repaired or replaced as we cannot repair cosmetic problems)
The remote itself was dead and there was in fact a rattle from the remote when shaken as per the customers description.
When the remote was opened the problem was made apparent. The battery terminal had come away from the pcb and was loose.
The print was etched back and the terminal resoldered to make a more solid connection and full functionality was restored (please see testing video)
