Customer's Fault Description
Just stopped working on the up button and then stopped all together.
This exhaust extraction remote arrived safely and on first inspection there were no functions at all.
The reason for this became apparent when dismantling the handset. The battery cable had disconnected from the PCB. This was replaced with a new cable and clip and this restored partial functionality.
The second fault was a very intermittent button response, this was caused by poor solder joints on both the othe buttons, these were resoldered and full functionality was restored (See testing Video)
