Battery leakage, remote required to Control Pre amp CD FM AUX TAPE

 

This Cyrus Quattro handset arrived safely packaged and on first testing it confirmed that there was no signal being transmitted.  Upon first inspection it was found that there was some crystals formed inside the remote due to a battery leakage.

This leakage luckily hadn't eaten through much of the print and therefore was remedied by cleaning off the PCB and reworking the battery terminals.

Full functionality was restored (see testing video)
