Customer's Fault Description
The remote was placed on top of the fire & the heat has affected the case of the remote and subsequently the buttons are no longer fixed in place, however the remote is still controlling the fire.
This remote arrived safely and upon opening the package the buttons were loose and not attached to the remote.
This was due to a melted and distorted back of the remote as per the customers description.
The back was replaced (with a black back as silver was not available), the pcb and buttons were refitted and full functionality was restored.
