Customers Fault Description : Signal box responds to turning off remote button but unable to ignite with turn on button. All batteries replaced.
This Dru fireplace remote control arrived safely. On initial testing the up channel was not transmitting at all even though the display indicated that the button was pressed.
This was found to be a faulty 40khz crystal. This crystal was replaced and full functionality was restored.
