the back is not fitting snugly and the the lcd digits are not appearing properly.It still communicates with the fire but not always as it is hard to operate the remote when you can t read it
This Kal Fire handset arrived safely from Ireland. Upon powering up the device the screen was not showing any signs of life as per the customers fault description. If the PCB was moved around whilst powered then a display could be found.
This was due to a missing positioning pin for the PCB which had broken off, the only way to rectify this was to add 2 spaced on the PCB clips to re-position the board more securely.
This was done and full functionality was restored.
