Customer's Fault Description
The remote control for my air con unit does not work any more. This is due to the battery connections have become rusted and are damaged and one has broken off.

 

This Air Conditioning remote control arrived safely.  Initial inspection confirmed that the battery terminal had corroded due to a leakage.

Luckily this leakage had not traveled inside the remote and therefore a full repair was carried out by simply fitting a new terminal.
