Customer's Fault Description
The top left button (for raising head end) tends to stick "on" and is difficult to turn off.
This Hulsta handset arrived safely and was found to be sluggish in functionality.
On opening the issue was found to be contamination on some of the buttons causing intermittent shorting.
This contamination was cleaned from both the pcb and all of the buttons and full functionality was restored.
