Customers Fault Description : Top layer of the remote has come away slightly at the top end
This Samsung remote arrived safely. On first inspection if was confirmed that the button array cover was coming away from the handset itself.
This was found to be due to a second part of the button array being trapped under one of the mounting screws, the remote was dissasembled and reassembled allowing the top cover to fit as expected.
