Customer's Fault Description
It has stopped working and doesnt light up it did light up when battery was manipulated now its dead. Tried changing batteries.
This controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing the battery cover (this cannot be replaced as spares are not available)
On adding a power source it was noticed that the buttons would only work when flexing the battery cable. This led to the conclusion that the pp9 clip was faulty, a replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
