Customers Fault Description : Just does not function now
This Bed controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting on various buttons (mainly the right column of buttons which are likely the most common used), also the red led was not illuminating on any button press at all.
The issue with the buttons was that the conductive pads had become worn down over time, the buttons were reworked and full functionality was restored to all buttons.
Please note that the Visible red light does not work but does not effect functionality, this is a common issue that is caused by a faulty IC which is not available as a spare.
