Customer's Fault Description
Lifting some bed sections only and won't go back down, especially the headrest section.

 

This adjustable bed controller arrived safely and on opening was found to have very badly tarnished contacts on the button array (see image).  This was causing the buttons to have a high resistance and therefore not function properly. The buttons and PCB was cleared of all contaminants and full functionality was restored.
