The remote is for the following piece of equipment - adaptive disabled toilet - references on side of toilet as follows

Remote seems to have been involved in accident - possibly unintentional damage by service user. We are unsure how badly compromised remote is - how intact circuit board is etc.
This controller arrived safely and was confirmed to be in a few peices due to the item being dropped.
On testing there was intermittent functionality on both button presses, this was found to be a small crack in the print, the print was reworked and full functionality was restored. The casing was glued together
