Customer's Fault Description
The buttons have to be pressed in very, very hard to get them to operate the fire. Sometimes they will not work at all which is obviously a problem if the fire is on and then can't be switched off. I have of course tried new batteries in (which I know to work) and this doesn't help. There is something wrong with the remote itself
This fire remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a couple of issues, the first was the battery cable was faulty and the second was that all the buttons were faulty.
All of these faulty items were replaced and full functionality was restored.
