Customers Fault Description : Just stop working. No lights flashing. Battery has been changed but not make any difference
This garage door controller arrived safely and on adding a power source the battery housing was noticed to be raised from the PCB. This is a common issue caused by poor solder joints cracking and allowing the battery cover to pull away from the board eliminating the power source.
The housing was resoldered back in placed and full functionality was restored.
