Customer's Fault Description
Both Remotes stopped working altogether
This remote arrived safely along with another technics controller, both were found not to be transmitting on any button press.
On opening the RAK-SA610WH the issue was found to be a poor joint from the battery terminals, there was signs of corrosion probably due to a battery leakage. The terminal solder point was reworked and full functionality was restored.
The other control was sadly more damaged, it appears that the main PCB had a large portion of print damage from a more extensive battery leakage. This has rendered the 2nd technics beyond repair.
