Customers Fault Description : Remote control not lighting fire. Top left button, with large round dot, not flickering when pressed. Other buttons flicker.
This gas coal fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty top left button, all four buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
