Customer's Fault Description

+- of the batteries have disconnected from the circuit board. I have attempted an home repair and hope I have not done too much damage

This CCTV controller arrived safely and on inspection was found to be apart and have broken parts of the casing (see images). The battery terminals were confirmed to be broken.

The print was reworked and the terminals refitted and full functionality was restored, the case was then glued back together.
