similar to another case I saw remote was dropped and no longer works even with batteries in -- it sort of flickers.
This massage chair control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead with a new power source.
On opening there was a issue located with the oscillator as well as a few suspect joints.
The oscillator was replaced and the joints reworked and the remote then powered up.
