Customer's Fault Description
It does not receive the from the remote control unit Or work with thermostat the is no light.

 

This receiver arrived safely and on testing with a stock remote was found to be functioning as normal.  Therefore it is requested  that the remote be sent to us for testing.

The customers remote arrived 21 - 5 18 and on testing was confirmed to be at fault as it was not transmitting.  A replacement ultrasonic transducer was fitted and full functionality was restored.
