Customer's Fault Description
You have to press the ‘on’ button twice to activate the control, but this has stopped working recently. It took a number of attempts before it worked the first time I used it after the winter, but now has stopped altogether, despite new batteries. However, it works - as do all the other buttons - when I use an aux lead to connect the control to the main box, though even doing that sometimes takes a few goes.
This caravan motor mover control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
The issue was caused by a corrosion point on the print. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
