Customer's Fault Description
Motor mover remote buttons for the left hand wheel not operating (solid green light) all other buttons working fine (moving the rollers) forward moves both rollers, as does reverse, left hand roller won't work independantly
This Motor Mover controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a few non responsive buttons. The facia was peeled back and the issue was found to be water contamination between the facia layers which were causing a resistance.
The layers were cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
