Does not work at all I have tried changing the batterie but still doesn’t work

 

This Bose lifestyle music system controller arrived safely and on testing was found to intermittent in functionality.

If the control was shaken the signal would work temporarily.  On opening the issue was found to be due to loose battery terminal contact points on the PCB.

The terminals were reworked and normal functionality was restored.
