Customers Fault Description : Remote doesn't work at all
This control arrived safely and on inspection the casing was loose and held together by a band.
On adding a power source the item was found to be dead with a initial led blip when switched on.
A schotty diode BAT54W (L4W) has been ordered for replacement on the PCB. once it has arrived the customer will be updated.
This item was scrapped as per out terms and conditions on the 4th - 10 - 18
