Customers Fault Description : on and off button not working
This Dungs fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have non functioning buttons.
On opening there was some contamination over the board and button pads, this looked like it was from a previous battery leakage.
The board was cleared of all contaminants and the pads cleaned, this restored full normal functionality.
