Customer's Fault Description
Remote has stopped working. Have tested with various batteries and I'm able to see the beam if I point remote at phone camera, but the lights don't respond . The lights DO respond to another remote so it's not a problem with the lights themselves .
This Office lighting system -dimmer remote arrived safely from Northern Ireland and on testing was responding from each button press but was only sending a single flash instead of a true IR signal.
On opening the issue was found to be due to a broken leg on the crystal oscillator. A replacement oscillator was fitted and when retested was found to then be sending a pulse signal as normal.
