Remote switches on and all functions show on display but do not connect to chair ? or operate any chair functions displayed on remote <br /> Chair operates normally wit on seat controls

 

This massage chair controller arrived safely and on testing weas found to be transmitting as per normal functionality.

The device was opened to see if a fault could be replicated but no issue again could be found.

This has deemed a repair not possible as it is classed as "no fault found"

It could be possible that it is just that the remote need "re-pairing" with the chair itself.
