Customer's Fault Description
The remote control isn't working. I have changed batteries in both transmitter and receiver. I suspect that the fault is with the transmitter because the red LED doesn't come on as it used to
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from the up buttons, on opening the issue was found to be a resistance in the buttons themselves.
All 3 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
