Customer's Fault Description
Only one channel seems to be working, can increase the temperature but not decrease
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection the receiver had signs of a bad battery leakage, a new battery housing was fitted.
When tested the remote was not sending on the donw channel, this was due to a faulty 40.5 crystal. A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality
