Customer's Fault Description
off remote button plastic cracked needs new cover otherwise all is working.
This luxury body dryer Dr-103-105403 controller arrived safely and on inspection all buttons were cracked around the circumference and the top left button cap was missing.
The facia was peeled back and replacement button caps fitted under all buttons (the facia is not available as a spare which means it cannot be replaced). The original facia was then refitted over the buttons which restored full functionality.
A plastic sheet was also fitted over the buttons to give a little protection against moisture but please note this item is not waterproof so great care must be taken to prevent future damage.
