Customer's Fault Description
A couple of the buttons light up green dot at top and some dont. Therefore i cant use or control my fire. I have already replaced the battery.
This fire remote arrived safely and on inspection the case was melted and the battery cover was missing its retaining clip, these are cosmetic issues which cannot be repaired due to lack of parts.
On testing the buttons were found to be faulty, all 4 were replaced which restored full functionality.
