Willowbrook Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Some buttons sticking and some not working reliably
This Rise/Recline/ Massage chair controller arrived safely and on inspection 2 issues were found. The first was that the button pads had contamination around them making them "sticky", this was removed using alcohol.
The second issue was more serious, one of the wires had broken internally making functionality intermittent. The cable was cut back 3 inches and spliced back together after the erroneous break was removed.
