Customer's Fault Description
The remote seems to work as the light comes on but the receiver light doesn't come on and the motor doesn't turn
This control, receiver and motor arrived safely and on testing the remote itself was not transmitting, also the buttons were sluggish.
Two issues were found to be at fault. The Ultrasonic Transducer was faulty aas well as the buttons themselves. All were replaced which restored functionality.
The receiver and motor tested as working.
