Customers Fault Description : Buttons don’t work on the tv remote anymore and it’s the only way to control the unit. Also no replacements can be found online so it’s conpletely useless without the remote. Thank you
This bathroom television controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press.
On opening the issue was found to be that the main IC had partly come away from the PCB due to bad solder joints, the IC was resoldered back into place which restored full functionality.
