The bottom button has collapsed and not functional. All other buttons and display are fine.
If possible if you can check if all electronics are working correctly internally while repairing.
This Faber fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a collapsed button.
This was replaced and the control full tested, full functionality was found.
