Customers Fault Description : j'ai laissé tomber la télécommande et depuis lors plus rien n'apparait sur l'écran les piles on été changé mais plus aucun signal

This fireplace control arrived safely from Belgium and on adding a power source was confirmed to be dead.

On opening it was noticed that 2 components are missing, a transistor and other unknown component.

These items were not found inside the casing and sadly this means that a repair is not possible due to not being able to identify the components required.

This item was disposed of on the 10th April 2019 as per our terms and Conditions  

Cette commande de foyer est arrivée en toute sécurité de Belgique et il a été confirmé que l’ajout d’une source d’alimentation était morte.

À l'ouverture, il a été remarqué qu'il manquait 2 composants, un transistor et un autre composant inconnu. Ces éléments n'ont pas été trouvés à l'intérieur du boîtier et, malheureusement, cela signifie qu'une réparation n'est pas possible car les composants requis ne sont pas identifiés.
