Customers Fault Description : not all buttons working, both bottom buttons never, top right occasionally and top left seems ok. also battery terminal broken off
This gas fire remote arrived safely and was found to have a faulty battery cable and buttons. All buttons were replaced as well as the cable which restored full functionality.
