Customer's Fault Description
None of the buttons light up when pressed. I have tried new batteries.
This garage door controller arrived safely and on inspection was intermittent on the bottom 3 buttons and non responsive from the top button.
The intermittent fault was due to a loose battery compartment, this was altered which restored functionality on the bottom 3 buttons, then the top button pad was cleaned up due to contamination giving resistance.
This restored full functionality.
