This MOT brake tester control arrived safely (the case is damaged, replacements cannot be obtained) and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting on any button press.

On opening the LED was found to be cracked and also there was some poor solder joints on the oscillator.  Both were repaired and full functionality was restored.
